Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Proficiency in motion and CapCut video editing is a plus, as we frequently engage in social media projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies, including editorial planning, content writing, scheduling & posting.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor & keep updated with social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms. Assist in the creation and direction of TikTok/Reels videos.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance. Experience with social media advertising is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
